Provided for you below are some of the key areas to consider, while planning for your new shower enclosure.
Planning & Preparation
Preparing the surface
Make certain that the door curb as well as any seats or ledges are slightly sloped to the inside of the enclosure. By doing so, no water will stand or leak out of the shower area.
Shower Doors positioning
Any adjacent doors, such as closet doors, should be considered, so as to not impede the operation of the shower door.
Shower head position
Consider the direction of the shower head, when planning door placement. Direct spray to the door is not recommended.
Personal preferences
It is always a good idea to understand your own personal preferences first. What do you like about your shower enclosure now? What don’t you like?
